We log usage-limit resets for AI tools, starting with Codex. Every reset is recorded here and sent to our groups and channel. We're not affiliated with OpenAI.

Click “See alert channels” to enable browser notifications or choose mini program reminders, notification groups, Telegram, or RSS. See each channel's details for the notification types it supports.

Both refill your 5-hour and weekly limits. The difference is timing: a hard reset refills you directly, with nothing for you to do; a banked reset sits in your account until you choose to use it. After a refill, neither the 5-hour nor the weekly window starts counting down until you send your first message; until then, the reset time Codex shows keeps moving later. When the post doesn't say which kind, an announcement is marked Type TBD, and a reset that has gone live without saying is marked Type unknown; one that hasn't gone live yet is marked Announced. Check the original post for who it applies to.

Times here are when Tibo posted. Your account may get the reset a little later, or in waves. A banked reset only refills your limits once you use it. Check the original post for who it applies to.

Sometimes Tibo says a reset is coming before it goes live. The announcement and the landing are the same reset: once it goes live, the entry changes from announced to live. If one announcement covers both kinds and only one has gone live, we show them separately. Announcements that don't give a type are marked Type TBD.

Your 5-hour and weekly limits refill on their own schedule; OpenAI's docs have the details. What we track are the extra resets on top of that, which refill you right away.

Your device's time zone by default. Switch to Tibo time (US Pacific) or another common zone at the top. Challenge day numbers follow the Day number in Tibo's posts, not the time zone shown. Original posts show when they were published, not when your account actually received the reset. Reset statistics use the corresponding execution confirmation time when available, otherwise the announcement time. Completed resets in the monthly calendar use that same time. Older records without a statistics time still appear on their first announcement date in the calendar.
